Purpose
This document sets out myFIGHTvids commitment to your privacy and to the protection of personal data (the "Data") collected and processed in connection with your use of the Website, under the terms and conditions set out in the General Terms of Use.
Purpose of processing
Data indicated on the Website as mandatory is required in order to use the Websites features (video uploads, comments, etc). Data automatically collected by the Website allows us to compile statistics on web page visits.
Data recipients
Your Data is not transmitted to third parties. However, myFIGHTvids may release data if the law requires it to do so or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with state and federal laws (such as U.S. Copyright Law) or respond to a court order, subpoena, or search warrant or to protect myFIGHTvids rights and interests. It is myFIGHTvids policy, whenever possible and legally permissible, to promptly notify you upon receipt of a subpoena, and not produce your data until approximately two weeks after receipt of the subpoena, so that you will have adequate opportunity to move to quash the subpoena in court.
